I once knew a Hurst Olds 442 with 3 fat kriegers and a skinny donut and a busted taillight that could put a Z28 camaro to shame on the blacktop...But I like your idea. I myself am prone to bench racing, but when it come down to it, i've seen a Buick Century on a County road hold it's own against a 5 speed 4 banger mustang and a Mercedes 300SE.
This is kindof like the HOT ROD article a while back, describing the definition of a true hot rod, anything somebody modifies to make it different or better than it was stock. Isn't that what Oil Burners is all about? Making improvements, perfecting original, modifying the unmodified?
I mean, were would we have come up with ideas like, super coupe turbo systems, hydroboost, LUK flywheels, custom ground cams, headers, and all that other stuff without the collective brainstorming of several different people with several different ideas?
Wow...kinda got on my own little tangent there. Sorry if I kinda rambled on a little bit.
