I'm fond of Isspro - reasonably priced, especially if you find the part number you need and then google search for the best price, and they're good quality too. I've also found their customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Their business is mainly industrial/heavy duty oem markets, so you're paying for a good quality well designed unit, unlike alot of what they sell to the ricer crowd which spend much more effort on look than function.

Also worth noting that thermocouples and gauges *should* all be compatible - that is you can use a Isspro gauge with some random other thermocouple as long as it's the right type ('K' IIRC) which every one I've ever seen is.

Good tip. That's something I was curious about as well.
