95 f350 powerstroke
I didn't notice exactly when it happened but at some point i looked down and the tach was dead. then i noticed that the volt gauge and the light on the shifter indicating OD on/off was also dead.
is the OD light tired to the tach?
I looked over some fuses before it got dark out and everything i looked at was ok.
Maybe a loose plug on the cluster? bad ground?
just trying to pick up some ideas here for diagnosis.
truck seemed to run fine I could not cycle the OD on or off but i got home ok.
thanks in advance
side question. (bonus points)
My last truck, a 97 powerstroke, the cluster lit up when you turned on the headlights. on this truck you have to click the bed light on for the cluster to illuminate. what might cause this?
