as long as it wasnt run for long you can just drain it and refill it, if anything it might have helped clean some gunk out of it if it was started,

Pull the vac. hose off of the fuel pressure regulator and check for fuel in it. Very common for the regulator to fail this way.

Its alive again pulled the spark plugs re filled with oil cranked it at the solenoid for 10 sec rest 5 min repeat 5-6 times let it air out for about 3 hours replaced spark plugs primed the system and she fired on the 2nd 10 sec crank.
what surprised me was it is quieter and idles lower before it idled around 1800 now it is around 900-1000 rpm but is smoking quite a bit but i hope that will clear up after running for a while. now latter today I am going to put a toggle in to kill all power to the electric fuel pump so this does not happen again.

Have you checked the pressure regulator for fuel leaking through it and into the vac hos that connects to the intake manifold?

It is highly unlikely, regardless of if the pump was on overnight, for the injectors to leak (especially that much fuel).
