So.....
Under the waddakukk files,
I started at the rear tank, dash switch on rear tank ( drove home on it).
Put a fuel filter in front of the fsv, cut the feed line into the valve, unhooked the feed line into the factory lift pump and with the line from the fsv loose going to the tank, I put compressed air in from the front , blew out the fuel in the line, then hooked the filter up.
Moved to the front tank did the same thing...... With dash switch showing more fuel than rear( guessing it switched?)
Turn on key, wait for glow relay to shut up....
Kick the button f to r ... Solid clicking, I hear the fsv switch.
Button it all up.
Fire the thing on front tank, runs then starves and dies( duhhhh) refire it, idles fine!
Switch to rear tank never missed a beat???
Killed it and turned the key back on, after the relay ( glows) quits, switch front to rear NADDA NO NUTHING.
its miller time!
41 k on the fsv, may do the oldbull8 job on the spare fav Idiot turned me onto.
front tank went to 19 gallons at empty!
Working the rear now. Last time I ran the rear it went to 18 gals empty.
Both tanks seem to have pickups to bottom of tank.
The facet pump is on the list...
If the shower heads were redone prior to my buying it' And the trash in the tank was not cleared out ( and no filter was installed ,,, this is the case) whats it take to clear the fsv once it sucks trash?
Back to research!
Thanx cb
