Many are just adapting them.
Even in higher horsepower apps.
The mp13 is more suited to run as a single pickup.

jasper, how are folks adapting them? Just a 3/8 to 5/16 barb and 5/16 hose? No one has reported flow problems with the pickup being 5/16" hose feeding a 3/8" (particularly with a Duralift)?

Clb, know if those Holley hydromats will withstand submersion in diesel? Summit does site one way or the other.

Usually by something like this.
You must be registered for see images

Roughly.
Just to give you an idea. If running a single and need it to be like stock, I would cut the pickup higher and just add a piece of 5/16 line.
Remember, the insides of the selector valve are a lot smaller than that.

I should've measured the pets on my FSV when I had it out. I know the source ports are larger than the return perry's, but you're saying the passages themselves within the FSV are smaller? The Walbro MP 12 may indeed be the way to go then.

Correct.
That's how I had a tiny piece of old pickup Clog mine.
The powerstroke guys are hitting over 500 before the selector valve becomes a restriction.

5-6 tanks since then and it will take 17-19 gallons so I guess I'm good.
For now.

Mine acted up a few days ago. Didn't switch tanks but did switch gauges.one thing I did differently was that I switched tanks with the key off. It seems to be working ok since.

I can hear it click when I move the switch.
