This evening i will be changing the injectors to the dps ones, if that doesnt fix it, then im going to put the mechanical fuel pump back in

you mentioned not being able to advance the timing anymore.
Have you tried retarding it? I rode a truck that was WAY advanced once, and it would occasionally race like it was out of fuel.
