Hey guys,

I've read some of the threads on Dana 60 swaps but I never have seen a definitive answer on how to determine if you need to swap the pitman arm and how to determine if the driveshaft needs shortened. (working on the truck on my sig, '94 IDIT, axle is from a '94 F350)

IS the F350 pitman arm indeed longer? Currently my steering linkages are very close/touching as the axle hangs unloaded. I think they'll hit when it's on the ground.

Also as the axle hangs, the driveshaft does not have much wiggle length wise, it is almost as short as it will go as it hangs right now. Too long?

Thanks!
