I'm still barley getting by. I had door surgery in Dec and didn't work all month. My wife has had two foot surgery's in six months and is going in for another next week. I'm really not trying to screw you over Bill. I'm very sorry and I feel like **** over it. But I had to spend every penny I had and get a $2000 loan from my boss to move. Changed UVCH on both sides. And put in a 6637. Engjne ideals and runs smoother. No shake at idle. Makes good boost. Runs about 500-600 egt. Has hard shake at 40-50 on the low end. Bring the rpms up a couple hundred and it goes away. Only thing left I can think of is the seal in the knuckle where the axle shaft sits in. Replaced seal in axle tube as the axle beat the back of the hub up.

If the buzz test showed #4 as being bad, it could just be that the coil is worn and needs to be shimed, if you can't get a .002 feeler in it, then it has to be shimmed .001 at a time til you can get a .002 tight feeler in it under the coil.
