I think your tach sensor or gauge are shot... Or your tranny is slipping like nobodies business
First gear at 17 mph, 2000 rpm checks out. When it goes to second at 17 mph it should have dropped down to 1138 rpm.... I caught a still at 20 mph, and the tach indicates 1750, when it should be 1338...
That needle is hardly moving during shifts and acceleration...
Figures assume 235/85r16 tire and use your 4.10 gears. If your BFGoodrich all terrains are larger, the rpms would be even lower.
The TECA reads both RPM and vehicle speed, and needs a good input to shift right
