Dual mass flywheel ?

I bought a new dual mass flywheel on e-bay for my truck with clutch and all for $102. couldn't pass it up. My question is when you move the halves from one point to the other point where it stops, how much travel should be between where the springs catch. 1/4" ,1/2", 5/8" ???

IIRC factory spec is 1/2." 3/4" or greater is considered shot. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the PSD DMFs are different, cause I've seen 1 3/8" travel on one of those and it was running fine.

Ok the flywheel I got is just under 5/8". I just thought it was less, more around 1/4" for some reason. Anyway I have a good dual mass flywheel now just in case.
