Did the factory use adaptors on the DRW trucks, or did they use different hubs?
DRW D60 fronts, difference between DRW and SRW?

D60 front axles
The 1989 Ford Dana 60 I just ordered in looks like it has an adapter to me. I havent pulled it apart yet but it looks like the hub comes off and the adapter unbolts from the rotor then I bet you could just reuse the same bolts as your studs. Worst case is I will have to remove the studs from the adapter and press them into the hub again.
If it wasnt dark I would take a picture for you.

I would tend to say that this is correct, because that's the way they do it on the 2wd...
