Does anyone know about the Optimizer 6500?

As the title says,
Does anyone know about AM General's Optimizer 6500 Diesel?
AMG bought the rights and tooling from GM for the 6.2/6.5 Diesels in 2001 and made some good changes (AFAIK thicker blocks and maybe stronger crank) I've been contemplating repowering my 6.2 powered truck with one of these, but I can't find much info about it.

OK, Disregard.
Some of the motor pool guys I talked to said thet they are about $9,000
(new, from AMG) I know Uncle Sugar overpays for things, but Yow!
