Will this gauge cluster work for my truck if I bought a tach sensor/pick up even though this was for an automatic tranny?

Also would I need anything else or should the wiring already be in the truck to plug the tach sensor into?

Im not entirely sure. But note that the buyer says that some gauges might work and is saling as a parts cluster.

Yeah I put a bid on it just a $1 over and I am going to watch it. For 26$ it would be worth it to have the speedo with the trip meter in it! Wonder if there is anyway to test the tach before I go and spend money on a sensor?
