Anybody run these springs? Are they worth it? Figure I might want to put them in my truck because I like to be in the high RPMs

Yeah, they work fairly well.
You do have to set the right spring height.
We have a thread here somewhere that went into pretty good detail on the install.

So you have to use shims?

Russ says to use .030 shims as a good baseline.
But if you want it specific, you need the spring height tool and full shim kit.
