anyone here know how to fix slop in the clutch? I have roughly 8 inches of travel, 4 of which is all slop. Having a hard time engaging gears so im assuming this might be part of the problem.

I Ordered the heim joint fix. Anyother stuff to look for?

Bushing can go bad attached to the pedal assembly, fire wall can flex on bricknose style trucks and maybe early obs style, and pedal assembly can get work and slip too. You can get an adjustable pushrods that can help remove the play. Check all the above first for play, check the firewall for flex as well you'll want to make sure that isn't the problem and fix before the mastercylinder goes trough the fire wall because that isn't a fun fix(already did mine)

Definitely check the firewall. Watch from the engine side as someone pushes in the clutch. If it flexes, order up the firewall brace.
