Clutch pedal assembly. Need some help quick/part numbers!

Headed to the dealer to get a pedal bushing kit for my 93 which they have in stock.
It appears as if some ******** welded in a bolt where the pin used to be that the clutch master cylinder rod attaches to. Long story made short- the bolt has broken, destroyed the master cylinder push rod, and torn my bushings up.

Does anyone know the part numbers for the pin and or accompanying hardware and the master cylinder push rod if it is available by itself?

I am going to do the heim joint mod, but need something to repair it today since it is inoperable.

Are you sure the bolt was welded in? My pedal assembly has a bolt type pin as well....
