I went to remove my instrument cluster so I can make sure I had a proper ground for my fuel gauge in the back. Besides the screws that hold the cluster on it seems like when I have all of them out the wires are pretty tight to pull the cluster for one is there anything that I am missing. Just do not want to break anything

One trick I learned was to undo the speedo cable at the transmission end. That will allow you to pull the cluster out a little farther. :sly It make it easier to get at all the connectors.

X2, after you have the face of the dash off, there are 4 torx head screws
that let you pull the panel out.
carefull tho, theres 2- sets of 4 screws, the smaller ones are to hold the cluster together, they do not hinder removal.
