Carrier Pump Install????

Looking at finally installing the Carrier Pump I got months ago.

Can it be installed Horizontally???? I would think this would be fine, because of its lift and power.

Im looking at under the hood, just dont have the room to go vertical.

It's been done, but why not put it on the frame rail in front of the fuel tank selector valve? Some like them under the hood, I prefer them out of the way and on the frame rail. I have too much crap under the hood as it is.

It will work horizontal, thats how i have mine. A little air gets stuck in there but it doesnt seem to affect it.
