Can you change a 2wd Borg Warner T-18 or T-19 to 4x4? Also do the T-18/T-19 transfer cases interchange with the C6 or E40d?

All of the transfer cases will bolt up to any 4wd tranny, except the very late model transfer cases on the newer trucks.
To convert any 2wd tranny to 4wd, you need to disassemble the tranny and replace the necessary parts to convert it. It's not a quick "take the rear part of the tranny off" job. The only 2wd tranny that easily converts to 4wd is a f450 tranny with the e-brake on the back of the tranny.
