I was wondering if I could use B20 in my 1996 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually with the 5.9L Cummins with only 54,000 miles. I was wanting to make sure that if I used it would it damage the engine or would it damage anything. The reason is b/c I am moving to P-Cola and some the gas stations have B20 and it is about .10 cheaper the regular diesel and was looking at saving some coin. Any help or advise would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

It will actually love it, a few things you will notice is...

Slightly decreased fuel mileage - around 1~2%
Classic Cummins diesel rattle will subside quite a bit.
Power will be down slightly but it's not that noticable...
Exhaust smell changes it will pick up a slight hint of a cooking oil fire.

It runs great in my wife's '97 12v. It's usually a few cents cheaper than regular diesel, at least around home. All I can say is fill her and hammer down!
