Big spare tire mounting?

I was at pick n pull today and was checking out bronco spare tire mount to use to hold up my 37 inch tire.Has anyone ever mounted a bronco sytle spare tire mount on there truck?

biggest issue with them is it hangs all that weight off the bedside. your bedside will splay out just from the weight. i would look into the ones that mount to the back bumper and swing outa the way if u really want it on the back.

Yes it is but even with the reinforcement it will not support anything bigger than a 31 with out damage to rear quarter panel . 37's are out of the question. If that is what I was looking for find a rear bumper from a hummer it has a tire rack on it that will hold up remove it from bumper and build you own bumper and use hummer rack.
