The add says its a 4 speed. but the shifter looks like a big truck shifter with a gear splitter.

Uhhhhhh - I guess you could call it interesting. Not sure when you would use the nitrous in the dump truck.

NOS?? Yeah sure where and how do those iron heads support it?? Let alone the 5/16 fule line!
1977 f-350 4x4? Nope not by a long shot, the First f-350 4x4 was made in 1979.
Full time T case ? Tells me this is an F-250 that started life with a 351m
