I have an 88' F250 non turbo that wont start after it sits for about a hour. I unscrewed the filter and it is only about 2/3 full of diesel after it sits over night. I have replaced the injector o-rings and caps and there is no fuel leak.

What is the best way to narrow down where the air is getting in at?

After I get it started, it dosent skip or miss a lick.:D

Thanks Jason

Mine was doing the same thing- it turned out that the supply pipe from the filter was loose on the injector pump inlet. Thirty seconds with a 5/8" open end and problem solved. Hope yours is that simple, good luck.
