SO here's my issue.
I have an International MDT with a N/A 7.3L

It intermittently has air in the injection system. Classic starts, runs for 10 seconds then dies and takes some cranking.

When I say intermittent it realy is. I had constant issues until I replaced the valve core in the bleeder, now it's completely random. It will sit for weeks and fire right up, then sit overnight and be wonky. It seems to happen when it's parked nose downhill. SHould I just do all of the soft lines and olives? It looks PITA, probably not as much as a truck without a flip forward hood, but still PITA. Should I buy new plastic return line caps? how likely is it that I will break them? It's not a DD so if I have to wait on parts for a week it's not really a big deal.

advice appreciated.

Mine did the same thing. I bought the return kit, caps and o-rings for about $35 and took an hour to do. No more air in fuel issues. And my old hoes and caps "appered" to be in good shape
