R152a is compatible with both PAG and Ester oil.
If your system still has a fair amount of R12 in it you could top it off with R152a. They mix together well and when mixed will work with mineral oil. The r12 will carry the oil.
R152a is not miscible in mineral oil though. So if you have an empty R12 system you should change the receiver drier and oil in the compressor if you plan on charging with R152a. Just like you would if you were switching to r134a.
