It is and snug on there. With that being said, you need to pull the hpop gear cover and the bolt to see if the gear is seated.

I thought so too, until I pulled the bolt and saw it wasn't.
A bad pcm wont exactly cause low hpo.

Unfortunately I don't. And yes I have tried cranking with icp unplugged. I do know that it wont build above 200psi oil pressure but brand new hpop, lines, icp, ipr, idm, cps, a bunch of pig tails and other things too I can't think of right now
When it was at the shop it would not build above 200psi oil pressure but as soon as you grounded the ipr it would shoot up to 500 and start right up.How are you determining 200psi of hpo ?
In your opinion what else should I check before I buy a pcm?I still think it sounds like wiring.

In your opinion what else should I check before I buy a pcm? Could it possibly be the harness connector to the pcm? I cleaned it with electronic cleaner and dried it out about a week ago but there was no changeI still think it sounds like wiring.

What type of scan tool should I get?Really need a scan tool or torquepro app to see what the PCM is trying to do compare to what is actually being logged
What is the Gb reman site? And yeah at the shop they told me they looked over the harness connector for the idm and pcm and Main wiring harness in engine bay and to the ipr also but it doesnt hurt to check for myself. On the GB reman website is a pinout and resistance check for the harness.

Do you know what the ohms should be on the power wire coming from pcm going to ipr?It looks like they don't have one for the main harness anymore.
Basically you would ohm from the pcm end to the ipr.
