Hi boys, I just finished swapping I a new to me turbo engine into my 93. It runs like a champ but doesn't idle when cold. The high idle solenoid is working, it just isn't enough. Once she's warm she's perfectly fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

You should not need the high idle solenoid to idle at all regardless of temp. Your having an issue with the governor in your injection pump. If you are not running a lubricity additive in your fuel, you should start.

rebel w/o a cause
change filter and fill the new with automatic trans fluid. run and see if that helps. If that doesnt work you could always pull top cover of injection pump and clean in there
