Thanks, I've e-mailed the owner about it already. He started out wanting some $1400 or something for it. The guy says it's out of an '86 with 30K on a rebuild. I just bought some acreage that as it turns out has a LOT of back-taxes due, so the tax-man has his hand in my pocket, but still, I made him a VERY fair offer in trade for just the engine, and it turns out that the guy is really hard up for cash right now, so no-dice, but I always appreciate having someone looking out for me.
