6.2 starter problem 24 volt

I think this is a Blazer military rig. Does anyone have a wiring diagram? Looks to have 24 volt starter motor with a 12 volt selinoid. The problem is that the starter keep sticking on and burning wires or starters. This is the fire chiefs rig and we need to get it fixed.

Goto steelsoldiers.com and look for army tm or technical manuals for the m1009 they are in pdf format I will try and find which one has the wiring diag also.

tech manual is tm9-2320-289-20 appendix f has wiring diagrams.

You can get 24volt starters on ebay for $129 the last time I looked.

I have the TM's. The Problem was that the radio short and the way they installed it caused the starter to latch.
