Pending a disaster at Erica's job we have thru the 11th reserved. Need to leave first thing but it gives us Sunday eve. Made that change when I went with the motorhome.

Ok I am seriously thinking of moving the pot luck to Thursday the 7th. I was shooting for the weekend because I thought more people would be available but that does not seem to be the case. I charted out the dates I know of to see who would be available. What do you guys think?

it looks like Friday the 8th would be the best day, but not my call. in less people will be leaving early on the 8th, in that case the 7th would be better.

I thought about that, trouble is most people are packing up the last day and will most likely not be up for an event.
Unfortunately the only one who would be left out is Mel. I can try to see if he could do another day. Otherwise about 4 more families should be able to join in if we do move.
I think I will see if the pavilion is available Thursday.

You know my vote.Thursday works great for me.
Also guess this should be mentioned, pa recently upped the speed limit on some of the major roads, the turnpike being one of them. 70 mph now
Someone else might need to lead the convoy since my truck is maxed out just holding 70, It likes to cruise around 60.
On a brighter note looks like Gary Russell might be able to make it in. He would be looking at the 5th to the 8th so it would be another family to move the pot luck for.
