Thanks for all the help! The trade is set out to happen Sunday this weekend. Any additives I should use for fuel/coolant?

Many..it uses a spool valve on link from pitman arm to steering arm on knuckle...the valve senses pressure and opens and allows fluid to pass to assist in steering

This is true POWER ASSIST ...now we can port OUR steering boxes and then add a ram like old days and it is called hydro assist power steering.

I have always wonder if it would go great for really big tires and would get rid of your steering stabilizer shock. It would drive so smooth

mods I would do on a 87-91 F250.
obs dash
2011 F350 badges
1964 T bird cowl induction
ats 093
FMIC
I would gut the engine compartment
remove stock fuel filter.
add more doors to a crew cab.
chop the bed
rear disc brakes
front reverse shackle kit, without a TTB
new bumper
water/oil lubricated
roller rockers
3" to 4.5" exhaust
anti axle wrap device
electric fuel pump
coolant filter
aluminum return caps
water oil separator instead of a filter.
bumpers
relocated battery
better air filtration
chrome lugnuts
RDP lemon cover
better charging system
new fuel lines
new brake lines
hydroboost
serpentine belt
zf5 swap if not already.
isspro gauges
dice on rearview mirror
stripper pole in the bed
disco ball as dome lights.

I would not advise most of these.

Glow plug controller is the clicking. You have multiple bad glow plugs imho. The batteries are weak, not spinning nearly fast enough to start.

Battery cable on passenger side also looks suspect. These trucks need all the juice they can get. A bad cable or weak batteries will frustrate you.

Battery's are brand new today, will try and clean the cable up tomorrow. Noticed there was no fuel either and there is some bare wire burning near starter?

It was cranking really slow, starter may be weak. If you have an air intrusion issue in fuel system and it cranking as slow as it was, you may not be pumping fuel hard enough to get it to injection pump.

For sure, the first thing you need to solve is the slow cranking issue.
