    It looks like it is just dirty tips yet. Or maybe dirt in the bore. I soaked them again, and brushed them again. I now have them all working correctly, like the first video but one.

    I put one in a 2 wheel drive chevy pickup. Put an aluminum flatbed on it. It ran okay, a little doggy like you said but ran 32 on the highway and held speed just fine. Given your weight and wind resistance I would think mid twenties is safe guess.

    Updates? Did you get your leak fixed? I can't remember but I imagine there is just a copper sealing washer under the injector. It could have dirt on it or gotten scored. Many times just cleaning them up will seal them.

    The mechanical lift pump is supposed to have a check ball in it for that very reason. It is either bad, or I think there were some years that didn't have them. Either way, the lift pump could solve your problem, or add an electric pump, or just install and cheap after market check valve...
