Any time you shut down an ac system the pressures will balance on both sides the same. Its only when you start the compresser will the low side get low and the high side gets hig. This is the natrue of the ac system function. No pump running.. Both sides are the same...

It does not suck 134s out of the can even though I am only 10 pounds low side now and 70 pounds high, any ideas on how to get the 134a into the truck?

Shake the can, heat it up.
Are you sure the seal is punctured on it?

It will go in slow, but it will go as long as the compressor is running.

I shook the can and am sure the seal is punctured, I left it hooked up for 15 minutes. Compressor is running.

I didnt heat it up, would that be the hottest water out of the sink and let it soak in a pan for a while?
