Yes. I have had this same problem , and I know your frustration... replacing the multifunction switch, checking fuses and so on. My company's primary mechanic fixed it and said it had something to do with the trailer harness, and he replaced the whole unit. I will ask him for you on Monday but...- Nick88745

Finally got it !
congrats on the truck. I wouldn't worry about the valve covers being a major problem. Mine were leaking at the beginning of last summer and it took about an hour and a half to re seal them with a new gasket and it has been fine ever since. 1994 idi turbo Tranny dipstick
I am still in the hunt or an idi tranny dipstick for my tuck. I am OCD, and it bothers me mine is incorrect. Does anyone have an extra 6.0 power stroke one laying around, or know where I can get one for cheap. Hypermax told me you can modify the 6.0 dipstick to match the idi length. If anyone...- Nick88745

Idid not turning off right away
do you know where grounds are located? I have a after market radiator-but I did not put it in. I have been looking in the Chilton's manual looking for a wiring description on the grounds, but I cant find one.- Nick88745

When I go to shut off my IDI I turn the key backwards like a normal person would do.... and it takes about 5 seconds to shut off. This is kind of scary not having the motor shut right off with it being a diesel and all...... It runs completely normal after I turn the key backwards and a few...- Nick88745

Yes I obviously removed the caliper. I am down to where I need the spindle socket.....I just don't know what size to purchase at the auto store. Does anyone know if the new bearings come with a new spring , because mine is ruined. Thanks- Nick88745
