    Harness Conector's

Yes, they are available from both Ford & international... Check prices both places, certain ones are cheaper at ford, other's (most) are cheaper at IH..

    Fuel leak

That sounds like your return line from the FPR (fuel pressure regulator)... It is attached to a squarish module on the side of the housing, no? and goes backwards, then jogs down and continues back some more?

    Fuel leak

Common places to look would be the sensors in the filter housing, or the pump going out. Had leaks both places..

    Aux Tank question,.

I've got mine plumbed through a check-valve installed next to the roll-over valve. I drilled a new hole and threaded a pipe bushing in there, sealed with JB-Weld. I've had an overflow leak twice, but I firmly believe it was caused by running WVO through the valve, causing it to stick. Since...

    Dumb question re: flywheel diagnosis

JMHO, but a slip probably won't be the flywheel. Unless it's in REALLY bad shape (so bad you'd have noticed something bad happen), it has some play between the two discs. Probably between 1/2 inch and 1 inch. You can try to wiggle the masses to check your play. I think 3/4 is acceptable, but...

    Water Pump Question

My pump came with a plug in it...I removed it and put the heater hose there (same as it was on my old one).... I'm interested where your heater hoses are connected.....

    Water Pump Question

I've got a hose there, it's what feeds the heater core. (It came with a plug installed there...) I would say you could plumb the filter through that, I don't think there's anything wrong with doing that.

Partial Looped Return on an IDI

I'm looping on the back side of the pollack. 'If you loop engine side of it, you'll trap air. If you only loop the VO line before the pollack, you can purge via the stock return back to the front tank. But -- looping will have no effect on your purge time. There's two ways you can do that...

    Engine Oil Cooler

Just did mine not too long ago....I've got a 94, and mine sounds just like yours. Not sure what to do about cleaning it -- there's quite a bit of space if you used water for cleaning to get stuck in the oil passage... For re-assembly, put the orings on the tube, then squeeze. No BFH, just...

    How water soluble is glycerol?

Yep. Installed a plantdrive two-tank kit and burning it that way. The biggest reason I switched was time. I had stockpiled up several hundred gallons of oil and didn't have the time to do it. Other benefits of WVO (for me) were not having to buy methanol, an every-increasing commodity here...

    How water soluble is glycerol?

Yes, more water in each wash should help to limit the number of cycles required. Once wash water is so dirty, it won't pick up any more stuff. Yes, bubbler on bottom bubbling up through the misted water. My bubbler is using one of those wood stones, and it doesn't really agitate as much as...

    How water soluble is glycerol?

I let it settle for about 6 hours after each wash.....although the time required for each subsequent wash goes down a bit... Here's my thinking on the wash part. You're putting in clear water. Until the water comes OUT clear, you are still removing contaminants (soap, lye, methanol, other?)...
