I think moving it is a good idea. Your graph was misleading since you have to take into account ppl are not here through the end of the date listed (ie - not here until 11:59pm on the 8th etc). I am not exactly sure of my arrival time on the 7th. Standard pick up time is 2pm and they are down by Gaithersburg. I then have to drive to the house, load and head west. The manager said call the day before and I might get as early as 10 am.

Not that this crowd will miss salad!

Ok it is official, I have moved the pavilion rental to Thursday the 7th to try to include more families. I did contact Mel since he would be left out and he is fine and going shift things if he can.

I also officially asked and they are fine with us using smokers so forward we go! I can't wait to see everyone and relax.

Had the kids this weekend and broke the news of their accommodations for the rally. They are stoked! I'm looking forward to it. Along with the j/y run for Ron's new to him engine!

Just got back from a run up to the mountains for a long weekend. Had some fun running 40 some miles of unpaved road, fishing and swimming in some fresh lakes. If anything was loose those back roads would have shook it off lol. Looking forward to getting in gear for the rally now.

We usually run on a CB to talk to each other to help keep the convoy together. Not everyone has one though so they usually run in the middle.

I am not sure what kind of range those would have for driving?
