I have a 92 IDI f350 4x4,is it possible to replace donut gasket in flange behind turbo T3 flange with out pulling grabby , they left it loose during clutch swap. Any ideas

There is no gasket there, just a slip fit joint. You can remove the turbo and pull the up pipe out with everything else in place, clean the mating surface and coat with copper high temp rtv and reassemble. Let it set overnight or even a few days before starting it to let it harden, then start the engine and just idle it till its up to temp then use as needed.
