There is a truck and tractor museum in Woodland, CA. Hope it is still there. Can't remember the name.
A friend of mine still has the 1918 Packard C-cab truck his grandparents bought.
First truck ever in Auburn CA!
He better still have it.

Never was much on the Brockways, but I always thought the old Reo's looked cool.

I would bet the museum that you're thinking of is Hays Truck Museum?
I can't recall the exact location, but I knew it's in Kalyfernia

Take a look over on the ATHS.org webpage. Lots of postings there with old trucks

If you LIKE old trucks, come on over to Auburn, IN in June. It's the ATHS national convention. 'Bout 1000 trucks of every description ;Sweet
It's at the Kruse Auction facility this year. Back in '03 it was in Syracuse, '04 was Fontana, CA. I'll be there! :hail

Thanks Bogo, but actually I was thinking of the older Reo's, Diamond T's and Diamond Reo's. More of the old needle nose look.

Studebaker was an old light truck name.

I don't know if "CCC" (Crane Carrier Corp) is still around.

I think Osh Kosh is still making mixers & plow trucks.

Oshkosh trucks is still kicking out trucks to beat the band literally. They have many army and gov't contracts and they also own Pierce (Firetrucks) and McNeilus (garbage) and a couple other divisions. (Im only 10 mins north of Oshkosh WI). There was about 30 flatcars on the siding across the way from me about a month ago with iraq-damaged trucks heading in for refurbishment.
