Is there anyone near the Placerville CA area who can set IP timing for me?

Imma replacing the leaking IP on my new (to me)brown ****. I would like to get the timing spot on, instead of guessing. Anybody within shooting distance of me (95667) that maybe can help me out? My pump is leaking from someplace, it stalls when you let off, and supposedly stalls under power too(but I have not confirmed that). I just ordered a set of ZD-1a's, hopefully to cure its starting issues. 3 were bad, one was not connected. I plan on replacing them before I monkey with the pump.
