Hello from Alabama

Hey guys, new to register but have been reading these forums and learning for a few months now. My name is Christian I'm from central Alabama. Basically what brought me here is I am currently looking at buying my first diesel truck and trying to learn as much as possible. Currently looking at a few different IDI fords (a 1987 f350 crew cab with a zf5/6.9 combo and a 1990 f250 single cab with a 7.3/zf5 combo). Hope to get to know several of you and contribute positively to discussion. Thanks for the awesome forums!

I would go for the 87 cause that's the last year of the 6.9 and the best....don't have cavitation issues with those...
