Hard shifting and speedometer issues. HELP?

The truck listed in my sig. is shifting hard and having trouble finding gears. I was driving down the road when my speedometer pegged at 95, which is where it's been since. Just before, my odometer switched to metric but now it isn't working at all.

Now my odometer says "error" and my speedometer is violently jumping from zero to ninety.

My 93 truck did the hard shifting thing. It was the clutch being worn out that caused it not to release completely. Replaced the clutch and all was good.

I got it, it was the instrument cluster, it was fried.
