I don't know in florida but as long as it isn't off road fuel You shouldn't have a problem You don't use 100% wmo You mix it so it can be considered additive and if they don't have a limit of gallons of additive You can have in a tank You are in the clear. There are member from florida so maybe they'll chime in.

I know that up here in B.C. Canada they will nail us environmentally other than that I have never heard of any other issues with the authorities

Over here on the east coast there isn't any air pollution testing and I paid road taxes on my motor oil when I bought it as far as I'm concerned so drive on I say....

I have heard that the EPA allows for blending up to 7.5% WMO in fuel. I have only third party evidence (search for 7.5):

I did read an EPA document recently (don't have a link) that said that blending things like WMO in a new ULSD engine was NOT allowed. This implies to me that it is not completely prohibited in earlier engines but I never found a document that said that.
