That appears to be the rubber piece separating tank and metal fill tube. LMC has the gasser parts listed.

Just found it.130$ for the filler neck? Lol I must be drunk at work.

DANG!, I just saw that,,,,,,, salvage yard is where I'd be searching!

FILLERNECKSUPPLY lists replacement neck assemblies for 87-91 (around $55.00) but nothing for 80-86. Apparently they're a little different???

Weird. I have a trashed 89 F150 gasser I could steal all of this from, but I somehow doubt with wrong year and wrong type of truck it would be the right distance and whatnot so I'll probably end up getting an old one Wes has.
