6.9 idi front in tank pump
Hi guys, I’ve got a 83 f250 with a 6.9 idi and I believe my in tank fuel pump is dead. The problem is I can’t find one anywhere online or even the mention of one. What prefilter to use
So I'm installing a Carter p4070 and I'm trying to find a good prefilter for it. Will the little clear plastic filters work or do they not flow enough fuel. What would a good filter to use be.- Daniel McCurdy

OBS With strange symptoms
Well today went just as expected. After leaving the store, the PSD died on me with no warning. It started back up and ran under load for about 100 yards then died again. Surge 5 minutes after start, advance solenoid disconnected
I am completely baffled. I have a 92 7.3idi. The motor has only 30k miles, but the fuel pump may have over 500k miles.
