86 IDI w/ C6 - Trans Dipstick w/ Tube help... please...
My truck has sat for about a 2 years; life happened and well... you know the tune. Recently, I was "encouraged" to start work on the truck again. I have sorted out most of the wiring. It will now startup and run. The C6 has been rebuilt, and have an upgraded pan and seal (don't understand why...- 6T9burner

Oil on dipstick doesn't look right
So after finally driving the truck back home from installing the new water pump I shut it off and waited a bit before checking the oil. It didn't look right, looked a bit thin, possibly watery? I attached a photo of the dipstick. If this is water on the dipstick, I'm thinking it got in there...- Stu Bailey
