For sale or trade: Kaiser Jeep deuce and a half 2 ½ ton 6x6
My fire dept uses these as brush trucks, heavily modified and carrying 1,000 gallons of water. I'm very familier with driving these. Do I understand correctly that I could just get in this truck, start it up and drive it 1,000 miles without any anticipated issues?- firemediceric

Anyone running 100% WVO on a PSD 7.3?
I've been running a WVO blend in mine since 4/06 without any problems. Early '99 F-350 on 75% WVO/20% Jet-A/5%RUG and 1 ounce of both naptha and turpentine per every 10 gallons of WVO. I'm glad it worked out for you to get rid of the oil as you wanted to. Beware of the oil from the local fair. I did that one year and I have no desire to do it again. Sorry, I don't know anyone with an IDI, although I wouldn't mind having one. If you need to get rid of the oil fast, maybe post on info-pop, Frybrid or Craig's List.- firemediceric

I'll be in Deltona in a couple of weeks. If you still have it at that time, maybe we can work something out. I have a couple of steel drums where the bottom is cut out leaving the top in tact with 2" and 3/4" bungs. This allows valves to be put in the bottom of the drum for draining, etc.- firemediceric

Best thinner for wmo or wvo
If we're talking "Best" without regard to cost, from what I have read I would say without a doubt naptha. It's high cetane, low octane and does a great job thinning. I have read about similar with turpentine and it's ability to hold things together in solution. I have had good results...- firemediceric
