    Turbo help

The HTT HTB2-62 should work fine. I think pricing is somehwere in the 1400 dollar range. Last I knew, Industrial Injection was running a special, and you could get any of their Phat Shaft turbos for $1100 or $1200 The B1 is around $1500, and a S300G with a 61 mm front wheel can be had for...

    Turbo help

The B2 is way too big for a single, it is better suited for the big turbo on a twins set up. A B1 and a B2 work great together. The B1 is based on a Schwitzer center section, with a differnt front side, and depending on the application, a differnt exhaust housing. From what research I have...

    Turbo help

I don't think so, it might with some machine work to your exhaust housing, but the cost might be more then just getting the turbo with the correct housing already included.

The 66 and 64 will surge way too much while towing. The 62 will work a lot better.

    Turbo help

The part number I am suggesting uses a wastegated 14cm housing, and has a compressor wheel very similar to a B1 or HTT 62. It is not too big.

    Turbo help

Whitmore- I would suggest a Switzer S300G turbo. Will bolt right up to stock location with a HX40 downpipe. The turbo should support up to 450 hp at your elevation. PM me if you want a part number for the correct turbo.

ISX vs C15 fuel economy (and 379vsW900)

Not so sure about the Mercedes engines yet. Everyone I have ever driven feels like a lot more power then what they are rated at, and seem to run very good. Have no experience with them in an OTR setting though, most of them around here are either dumps, pulling belly or side dumps, or are...

ISX vs C15 fuel economy (and 379vsW900)

If you are hauling 80,000lbs or less, why not go with a C12 Cat? Lighter engine, decent power, decent milage, and so far, they seem to be holding up better then the C15 does. I don't have much experience with the ISX motors, but I know there were some issues with the early ACCERT motors, which I...

What is the best power adder?

Hmm....Wildcat has a KS B1-2 with the EX3 outlet (HX35 pipe flange for stock applications) listed, would that work with an exhaust brake?

What is the best power adder?

Isn't there a B1 based turbo out there with the same flanges and mounts as a HX35?
