How to remove clutch fan?
The nut is behind the fan. How do you use and air tool on it? Knowing about the left hand threads will be helpful.- Flatbedford

What to keep from 6.9?
I've got to get the several hundred pound chunk of iron out of the driveway. I'm looking to keep small, light-weight, and easily shipable stuff to try and sell off. I have a 6.9 4spd drivetrain that I've been trying to sell off. I posted in the classified here. So far I've had only one bite, but shipping kept the deal from closing. 4 OEM steel dually wheels, NY
I've got 4 16" steel dually wheels. 3 are painted black, 1 appears to be from an Econoline 1 ton. They all have only small rust spots. All 4 tires are worn out, but hold air. Great for a spare. Comparison of '96 F250 4x4 and 1986 F350 DRW 4x4 cab & chassis. Both with Sterling 10.25. F250 frame width 37" F350 frame width 34" F250 spring pad to backing plate 4 3/4" F350 spring pad to backing plate 6 3/4"- Flatbedford

As well I remember,the springs on my F250 are the same legth and width as my F350, and as the one I dismantled. The difference is in the frame width. Measurements tomorrow, I hope..- Flatbedford

I haven't measured yet. Too much time spent at work. Try to get out tomorrow if I'm around during daylight hours. I think the key measurement to compare from the DRW to SRW axle would be the distance from backing plate to spring pad. Stand by...- Flatbedford
