6.5 Dies while driving but restarts
Die while driving I found water (very small amount) in the fuel. drained the water and that solved the problem. See I told you I was new to deisels. Live and learn! Thanks to all who answered.- CEdwards

6.5 Dies while driving but restarts
This is my first diesel so I am new to this. I have a 95 GMC 6.5 that dies while driving but will restart almost immediately. Also, it is easy to start while parked. Could it be the fuel cutoff solenoid or the fuel injector? Any suggestions or answers?- CEdwards

95 Gmc 6.5 no power
Pump was the fix Thanks to all who gave me help with my 6.5 with no power. Special thanks to fordsandguns. Yesterday I hooked up to my 31 ft TT and hauled it 125 miles. Up hills I didn't have very little black smoke if any and was able to hold or gain speed. It was like a new truck and to think...- CEdwards

Poor man's Timbrens
They look a lot like Air Bag Springs. They are supposed to act like overload springs. I used a pair on my 95 GMC to carry a 2300 lb. truck camper. I varied the air pressure between 7 lbs and 100 lbs depending on the load. Is there a place for hooking up a air line? If so you need to keep at...- CEdwards
